I am really impressed with ao on ebay. When my first hob was delivered I unpacked it and unfortunately it had been damaged in transit. I contacted ao on ebay and the next day I received a message apologising for the fact that it was damaged and agreeing to replace the hob. The replacement was delivered on Monday and was fitted today. The service was excellent and I couldn t be happier.
