Symptoms never there when you want them.
I became concerned about the activity of my heart after physical exertion and tried over several months to demonstrate it at A&E and my doctor. Waiting for hours in A&E the symptoms would subside and not show up in their 30 second test, likewise at the doctor's. I bought the SnapECG heart monitor in the hope of getting evidence of what was happening. Having downloaded the app, the monitor was easy to use and allowed readings much longer than 30 seconds to be taken. A printout of a trace taken when the symptoms were quite bad was sufficient to prompt my doctor to investigate further.
