Both rods arrived broken and when I contacted the seller and showed the photos, the seller gave me a full refund. So I am satisfied to have received a full refund from the seller. I gave a 4 because I would have preferred if the rods were better wrapped with bigger bubble wrap and a piece of wood to keep them straight as I would have liked to use them.
