I bought this item several years ago for my wife who loved it. Unfortunately the jug got cracked and the 16oz lid got dropped on a tile floor a fractured. The wife missed being able to use either unit. I have been looking for a replacement jug and lid ever since. When I saw your se on the complete set I could not help myself and ordered it, as the old saying goes Happy Wife Happy Life and that is true, the wife is now very happy having her ninja set complete again.

It does not have the power the original one had, there is NO way I could make biscuits with it, and I doubt I could crush ice with it. I love using the unit, just cannot yet. I will buy a new one or guaranteed rebuilt one next time.

This was on a top10 list of frozen drink makers. This was the cheapest and the parts are replaceable. Shaving ice tends to dull blades. But I've use it, at least, twice a day. It's worked perfectly every time. It does need it's own counter space. It is easy to use and clean. The cord is average for a small appliance. The picture is just to show the ice is small enough for drinks.
