Item arrived within 10 days and I realised we ordered the wrong one. I contacted the seller and asked if I could return and maybe go to the worship to view which one we want and he replied the next day. We visited the work shop today and the seller went out of his way to find us the beam we wanted and prepared it whilst we were there so we left extremely happy would definitely purchase from this seller again

Ordered and paid 7/12/23. Should have arrived 12-15/12/23 according to seller estimate. E-mailed them on the 27th when nothing had come and again on 29th. Seller ignored them both. Have to start a case with eBay to refund and find a better supplier. Still no response 03/01/24. Wanted to put these up for Christmas, now have to start over. Thanks for wasting my time.

We explained delivery time was longer than expected as it was a 8ft long shelf.
