Great quality, great experience, highly recommended.
The headset works excellently and when paired with capable hardware, it makes for a very enjoyable experience. My only complaint is that in certain conditions, there is a very obvious and slightly distracting god ray effect (EG: when the Oculus logo is shown against the black background, you can see the light leaking to other parts of the image.) This thing is amazing, when I first put it on it blew my mind with how real it actually appears like things actually seem like they are there. It's super easy to set up even a novice could do it though bare in mind you do need a pretty powerful computer to be able to use it properly. I'd say this thing is the beginning of something's that's gonna blow our minds in the future, so I bought this so I can say that I was there at the beginning. Great fun but take regular breaks
Using a VR headset is a very unique and exciting experience which I thoroughly enjoyed. I purchased this to play the Beyond update of No Man's Sky on PC which looks visually stunning in VR (but still requires some fine tuning and optimisation). The only downside is that I can't play for longer than half an hour without feeling sick, so I would not recommend it for extended periods of use. I was originally going to get the vive but then saw how much cheaper you can get the rift for and thought i’d try it. I have to say im blown away, i already have a psvr but that was my only vr experience and the oculus has blown me away all over again from the accurate tracking, to the comfortable headset with amazing displays and the amazing game selection you get on the oculus store and steam store! Im defiantly going to be getting some wall mounts and a third sensor for my set-up! VR on a budget
If you're looking for a headset that doesn't require Lens Mod (unlike Vive) and has comfortable controllers, this is for you. It is also very lightweight and has great lens.
