delivery took 2 weeks but this didn't make a difference as I was happy with the mattress. so it doesn't come rolled up it comes fully open but wrapped up. this made it a bit tricky to get upstairs but we got there in the end. the quality and feel of the mattress is excellent. had a good nights sleep on it and hopefully more to come. would highly recommend. at a fraction of the rrp price its well worth it.

One of my best small investments. Having already bought a single Otty mattress brand new it inly made sense to buy the same brand in king size, and although refreshed, it is exactly the same quality as a new one. Really happy with the mattress, arrived on time, delivered at 2nd floor by 2 lads, no issues at all. Highly recommended, would buy again anytime!

Best mattress ever! Proper hybrid with proper springs. high quality build and refurb was spotless. don't regret doing this as it looked barely used. Saved over £600 on not getting a new one. Seller arranged a call for delivery and timings so perfect for me to accept it.
