Excellent phone for seniors and those who don't use the internet.
Bought for an elderly lady who suffers from severe eye macular degeneration. She can see most things on the screen OK (well as good as she can see anything) with the writing very large. Having the numbers read out loud as while she dials is brilliant. Easy to use carriage for the recharging (and not trying to connect via a USB port) and a light that flashes while charging make it easier than trying to see what's left via a little battery icon. Flip open and it answers the call, no finding a button or spot on a screen (for those who can't see them). Only down side, not very good with the names in the contact list, it doesn't show or sort on surnames unless you put surname first, which makes it difficult when transferring SIM from another phone . Suitable for elderly
Very good phone overall, great value. menu/settings basic functions are easy to find/navigate. I wouldn't mind paying more for the overall size of the phone to be bigger therefore increasing button sizes as they aren't as big as i hoped. The buttons do press easily when in a pocket and pressure applied so either the lock function is needed which can add an extra layer of confusion to some or as i did bought a case for 92 y.o mum. I guess the flip version wouldn't have this issue. Not bad at all.
the phone has big numbers on the keys and is very easy to see. The text function is very old school and a lot slower than smart phones and not as easy to access. Once there they are easy to read. My old mum (who the phone is for) really won't ever figure out her way to the menu and on to the text storage area. Would be better if it could be switched off, really. Otherwise very good.

Good for elderly Mum
My 90yr old mother can see the buttons and make calls.They are nice and big so that is important! She hasnt mastered the texting yet as this phone has extra step compared to her old school nokia. But hope she can learn. all in all a good old school phone for those with poor eye sight
