Omron cuff 17-22cms fits my 6 year old with plenty of spare capacity. None of the supplied adapters fitted an Omron M7(HEM-780-E) so I had to pull off the tube and use the original adapter which works fine but the only bad point is I have to keep pulling and reattaching the tube to change the cuff from child to adult. Not a big problem and the rest of the cuff is top quality so 5 stars.
