Contact was made with a prompt and apologetic response. The instructions in English were to be forwarded, however, I am still waiting. I did some searching on the internet and found them so have been able to build the bike. It went together fairly easily but I needed to buy a couple of bolts as the ones supplied didn't tighten up properly.

I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement three days later with no requirement to return the faulty item. The new bike is excellent, with all the parts included. Very good customer service. Would recommend seller and would use again. The bike assembly instructions are dreadful and I am rubbish at diy but managed to put it together myself. Good bike.
