Plug and pray is the norm but with this Dazzel its plug and play, all the way once I had connected the USB cable and the phono leads i started pinnacle 15 which came with Dazzel bingo the software recognised it strait away and it worked on demand. There has been some bad press is not working with windows 10 & no sound poor picture and difficult to set up, I must admit I was very surprised that it worked strait out of the box and so it should. I have used a pinnacle 510 digital transfer box which always work but not without agro getting up and running, on the odd occation it might work but generally it took a while to get it up and running. I also have a copy of pinnacle 20 and again it worked perfectly. it was£49.99 but to date it worked OK with no problems, indecently I am running windows 10 yet the highest operating system is stated windows 8 on the packaging.Read full review
