It's not often you get a bargain and realise your purchase is of exceptional quality and design with easy to follow instructions and labelling of packets of screws, it was truly a pleasure to put together. We took a risk and bought two but they look stunning together and the Rabbit and Guinea Pigs are happy also!! Highly recommend this product and Thank you

Good product with caveats
A very attractive hutch that, once constructed, is of decent quality. We found, however, that the hutch required several additions to make it suitable for winter. Our rabbits are given free rein of our garden every day, so we mounted the hutch onto a piece of hard wood ply and added plastic sheeting to the three edges of the bottom 'run' section for insulation. We also cover with tarpaulin in wet weather to keep the run area dry. The upper section is quite small but very cosy and seems perfect for our two small rabbits. We added a clear plastic sheet over the window in the winter to reduce draught. Very happy.
I wasnt sure about ordering as some reviews said it's not big enough for a rabbit. It is ample enough for one rabbit, or 2 Guinea pigs. My rabbit lays with legs behind him, so plenty of room to stretch in the housing area. He has free run of our garden in the daytime, so while the pen is enough to stretch his legs through the night, it is not a suitable size if you are keeping your pet enclosed all the time so I would recommend an additional pen to add on. The wood is quite thin and in places not finished 100% (Not sanded down here n there) and the wire is a bit flimsy in places, however it does the job fine and you can always replace it.. but it's not majorly bad. At the top of the ramp there is a sliding door that you can close, but I won't close my rabbit in as he likes to plot outside. ... The plastic part of the roof and housing area I like as wood soaks up wetness, so this is a nice deterrent although I will cover it. The housing area looks warm and cosy. I have enclosed pictures of inside with A4 piece of paper for room comparison. One of the things I couldn't figure when browsing was how big it was! It was overall sized. It's the size of say 2 double newspaper sheets. The locks seem okay, but could possibly be manouvered (first day so will keep an eye) luckily our garden is fox proof and we get no other cats as mine is extremely territorial 😂 was easy to build and overall I am really happy I purchased this, my rabbit I'm sure loves it and I'm also sure it won't be too long before the cat snuggles up with the rabbit in it (they do it often). Overall a happy bunny (pardon the pun) and really glad I bought it.

Not as good as it seems
The wood is thin and poor quality. Described as plastic but it’s isn’t entirely. It has a layer as thin plastic to the roof. I took it that the whole thing was plastic making it easy to hose down when the majority it wood. A little disappointed and fearing it won’t last as long as I had initially hoped

So far so good. I don't know how this will fare vs the weather. Had it a few weeks now, it advises painting with weather resistant paint every so often which is suggested for all wooden outdoor things. So that's fine. It's light weight so easy to reposition to fresh grass, doesn't crush the lawn. Self assembly with screws, holes pre drilled making it pretty straight forward, the dowels (pegs) which the parts slot together are different distances between the components, so you can't attach the wrong pieces together really.
