So I contacted GoKitchens to tell them and they sent out another. Again, the wrong colour. It was only on the third attempt that we got it right. I was tempted to put neutral but the customer service has been excellent throughout and I can't fault them for trying to put the mistake right (even if it took 3 goes) TLDR: Customer service: Great, Order pickers: Sort it out

A message with pictures of the damage resulted in a replacement being dispatched immediately, again arriving quickly and undamaged this time. Within the hour it was fitted in place of an existing damaged sink. Excellent response and brilliant communication. Would recommend.
