I want to return or cancel my order, what do I do?
 
It's ok to change your mind. We'll accept a request to return goods up to 14 days after delivery providing the following terms are met:
 
All packaging must be intact so that the item is in an un-used and resalable condition
Seals and wrapping must be unbroken
Postage costs are covered by the customer (the delivery charge of your order will be deducted from your refund)
If you want cancel let us know ASAP (by phone)
In the event you place the order and immediately decide to cancel you must let us know the fastest way possible to avoid incurring costs, we strongly urge you to phone us on 0151 334 0222, this is the quickest way and in most cases means we can stop the order being packed and shipped. Sending an email which can take longer to be picked up, will often mean the order has already gone and shipping costs will be incurred.
 
How to return an item by post:
 
Contact us on 0151 334 0222 as soon as possible to let us know what you want to return and to request your returns (RMA) number.
Pack the goods carefully so they will not be damaged in transit
Enclose a brief explanatory note and your contact details
Print out our address label.
Fill in the RMA number and attach it to your parcel and take it to your local post office
Returned items should be received into our warehouse within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
We can collect in some circumstances
We can arrange collection of the goods in some cases and pass this cost onto you, collection charges depend on the item size, value and your location, minimum collection costs starts at around £10. We would advise you of the cost before we proceeded with a collection.
 
How to return large or heavy items:
 
Please call us on 0151 334 0222 for guidance if the item you wish to return weighs over 5kg. There may be additional charges to cover the cost of collecting large or heavy items. If we have to instruct our courier to collect, the collection charges may be between £13.60 (small parcel) - £80.00 (if palletised)
 
Do I have to pay postage if I return an order?
 
If you've changed your mind about an item you will need to pay for the cost of returning it.
The cost of dispatch postage is non-refundable.

If you have received the wrong item or there is a fault with it, we will cover the cost for you. If this is the case, let us know on 0151 334 0222 as soon as possible.
 
Warranty: Most items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty whose terms have to be adhered to.
 
 
Return of faulty Items
 
Faulty items should be advised by telephone and an initial checklist with one of our Technical Team completed during the call to try to resolve the issue.
The tech consultant can agree to check out the fault and arrange for collection of the item.
A replacement item or refund will be issued if it is found to be faulty,
If an item is returned as faulty and after testing no problem can be found with it, the costs of collection plus an administration fee of £10.00 will be payable by the customer.
We reserve the right to deduct these costs from any refund due.
 
Missing Parts (non critical)
 
Very rarely goods may arrive missing a part, we reserve the right to post the missing part within a reasonable time limit and that such a missing part does not constitute an excuse for the customer to demand a complete replacement of the goods dispatched or for the goods to be collected and refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

    Brilliant design. Amazing value.

    Incredible value for such a high quality product. In these times of ever increasing prices, how do they sell the Porta Potti 565P for such a low price? High grade plastic, works brilliantly, hermetically sealed, great pump flush, liquid level indicators, strong and comfortable seat, easy to empty, simple design that's not likely to fail. It should win a desgn award.

    Best porta loo

    A lot more money than many porta loos available but worth it as a good height to sit, very good design looking much like an modern proper loo and with the electric ( battery operated) flush which works well it really feels like a quality product! Light and compact so easy to move and empty. I bough this for my small boat and as it has only a small loo area it is ideal and looks very neat and yet stylish and robust ... I'm very pleased I spent the extra money !

    Good

    Did get slightly muddled and thought it was the electric pump model However really happy with product, good size looks very much like a proper toilet in height and features, simple to use and the manual pump isn’t as hard to mess with as I thought it would be, nice idea to have the toilet roll holder compartment, it is a little on the expensive side for manual model but for quality and stability of item has been worth the extra paid, Good seat size as I’m a plus size lady and sitting down fine no rocking or movement and strong and sturdy and well made, all in all if you want a little more luxury then I’d recommend this model.

    Very lightweight and so easy to use when needed

    My elderly parents with disabilities were looking for a secondary toilet on the ground floor of their house to use when needed. The plumbing in their outhouse attached to the kitchen was a big issue and this product was exactly what they needed to be able to have the second toilet without all the hastle of plumbers and alot of mess. My son and i installed the toilet and frame ready to use in less than 45 mins. Fantastic product and they wish they had bought one sooner
