Very good looking product. I was delighted with the appearance, pleasant to hold,clear screen, easy to understand options available, and helpful operating instructions book. However reception quality is very poor. I have tried moving the electrical devices I have further away from the bases with little improvement. The main base (handset l) is 90cm from a computer, and (handset 2) is 180cm from the television. I had no previous trouble with reception with my last phone which was a very basic model, but I shall have to resort to returning to using it. This is extremely disappointing, but I feel there must be a solution and would welcome help. I cannot star rate on the three options in a way that is positive at the moment. Gillian Hibbs

Although sold as "Used" I thought they would be in better condition. Being black plastic only worsens the look as it shows up every mark. One of the handsets is quite worn like someone's been on the phone for several hours a day. Apart from aesthetics they function well and battery life is great. Lots of ringrones to choose from and good display.
