My guess is the negative reviews mostly stem from ignorance on how to use the tool in the first place.

Seller sent them out promptly. The only problem I have is that the USPS has become slow and unreliable since Louis DeJoy took over as Postmaster General. This taking a week to receive a package is ridiculous. Not the sellers fault. I used to have the highest regard for the USPS. But not any more. Now I would prefer UPS or FedEx.
