Product Information

The Pentax K-r is a black, 12.4 MP DSLR camera body that is equipped with a 3-inch LCD display with 921,000 pixels and live view technology for detailed image and video review. The Pentax 12.4 MP camera has a CMOS sensor with a primary colour filter and integrated shake/dust reduction sensor movement system. This DSLR camera features a pentamirror viewfinder with 0.85x magnification and approximately 96 percent field of view coverage. It utilises RAW, JPEG, DCF 2.0, and DPOF image formats, and the images are saved to an SD card. Movies utilise the AVI format. The Pentax 12.4 MP camera works with lenses with the Pentax KAF2 bayonet stainless steel mount. This device provides an ISO sensitivity of 100 to 25,600 with a shutter speed of 1/6000 to 30 seconds. Connectivity for this Pentax K-r is available via a USB port and A/V out. This Pentax 12.4 MP camera weighs 19.2 oz and measures 4.9 inches wide by 3.8 inches high by 2.7 inches deep.
