I find this gluten free potato starch perfect in use to help making my home made gluten free bread, being a coeliac I will be ordering more

In my experience this "thickener" is far superior to cornstarch and Tongmaster have always supplied an excellent product, the only reason I do not recommend it is because I do not make recommendations about anything rather that any dissatisfaction with the product
