Pin remover works really well. Needed it to shorten a strap I recently bought. The product came with 3 extra push pins that you attach depending on the size of pin you need to remove. I did the job in about 10 mins. Which I was really happy about. Easy to use and easy to change if you need a bigger pin. The size of the pin remover machine is relatively small. But it did a great job. So glad I purchased it. Would definitely recommend and delivery was really fast to, only a few days

Let me clarify, for large watchstraps this device will probably be ok, but for small straps on a ladies watch it wasn't useable. The revolving disc that raises the height of the strap only works to a degree, the screw fitting that holds the pin will hit the disc when the disc is elevated for use with thinner straps. It's a fairly stupid design. All of the pin removers of this design (from many other sellers) will have the same defect. It'll be ok for large watch straps but I bought it specifically for my partners watch and for that it was useless. I've three starred even though for me it was unusable.

Bought this to replace a similar one with a plastic body, which the pin broke. This one is good value for the price, and there are spare pins. The problem I had was adjusting the height for a small watch bracelet, which didn't work, and had to modify it.

At first I was a little concerned this tool wouldn't be very sturdy based on previous reviews, but after using it. It worked perfect. The pins are hardened and won't break so long as the user ensures it is properly lined up. Also I suspect previous reviewers who had trouble may not have been pressing the link pin in the correct direction. I used this tool to remove and assemble probably 12 watch links. I had zero issues whatsoever. The pin removal bit didn't even flex. For the price, it can't be beat.

I managed to take links out but it took me 4 pins to get through it, they are really weak metal so they bend easily, also the piece you spin didnt quite go up enough so the watch didn't line up with the pin, i had to use a piece of card to raise the watch a bit. To be fair, it was cheap enough and it did the job
