I bought this after a friend was due for retirement in 3 weeks. Unfortunately her collegues were less impressed about her retirement knowing they would have to take on a lot more responsibilities so were making her last few weeks a misery instead of thanking her for her many years of support. So I saw this and gave it to her. It immediately put a smile on her face.
