    Does what it is supposed to.

    Would have been good if instructions of how to use had been included. You need a very small Phillips screwdriver to enable you to change the size of the spike. It is basic and heavy, you get what you pay for. Does the job but not stylish or aesthetically pleasing.

    Definitely not new!

    The day I pulled this product out off it’s packaging to use it (a few days after it’s arrival), it looked greasy and used and had a strong smell like it had been used with/near a strong. chemical. There was also a nip/dent in the centre, so I was very disappointed. I even went back to eBay to check that it had been advertised as new, and it was. So after checking to see if it actually worked, which thankfully it did, I just decided to wipe it down and keep it, because I couldn’t be bothered to return it. But I will never buy from this supplier again. I have very narrow feet, so always have to put extra holes in the straps of my sandals, and I had a few to do. So for less than £5 it wasn’t worth the hassle of sending it back.

    Decent cheap tool

    This is a cheap leather hole puncher but it does the job: I did around a dozen holes in pretty thick leather belts and it worked great. I've only used the largest punch size but the head revolves as expected offering smaller holes. It clicks through when it has done the hole, and eventually the leather that is removed pops out the back of the punch. Decently made, it's reassuringly hefty but easy to operate. Has a little catch to keep the Jaws closed when not in use. For the money there's nothing to complain about.

    Only the one thin hole punch pierces through the leather. Unfortunately I still am unable to wear my leather belt because the notches won’t pierce

    It’s a shame the various notched won’t even pierce the leather. I have tried it multiple time. They are so blunt and definitely not fit for purpose. I am very sorry that I have to be honest and say this. To date my loverly belt that I have tried to punch holes in numerous times now looks a complete mess. I had to pierce in both sides before I stood a chance of getting a larger hole and even then it hasn’t worked!!!

    Made to measure.

    I purchased the eyelet puncher with the view to add some more holes to leather belts that were purchased for me last Christmas. 9 evenly spaced holes in all. The last hole was as good as the first and matched the existing. Brilliant. My watch strap had become loose over time and used the smaller punch to add a hole in that too. Three leather belts and a watch strap all made to measure.
