    Although mechanically, this item fits perfectly, it is not an exact replacement for the original ring button. The original has a series of fresnel lens patterns embedded in the face of the button to suit the ir sensor. This item doesn’t. I’ve yet to know whether this will affect the performance of the doorbell. Seems to work fine in daylight. Will have to wait and see what happens in low light. Photo is of the original button to show the fresnel patterns.

    Absolutely perfect. A rarity to find a product that does what it says on the tin so to speak. I actually ordered from other suppliers but their products didn't fit due to being wrong size shape holes and slots in the wrong places plus the wall thickness meant it wouldn't have pressed if everything else was correct which it wasn't, take my word for it don't bother buying from anywhere else. Save time and money and buy this product ONLY....

    Excellent quality! Well made item, quite pricey for what it is but cheaper than a new doorbell. Looks exactly like the original, better than the 3D printed versions for sure (which I tried first and it just didn’t fit properly)
