Duets not my thing
Have been a great fan of Ray Charles since I was a kid in the late 50,s early 60,s . Will remember him singing “ Take these chains from my heart “ and “ I can’t stop loving you “ and many more, but not this cd.

Decided to invest in this collection, though ultimately not a very satisfying listen, as his voice not the impeccable instrument it once was, and the choice of songs odd given his past impeccable taste...still arrived in good condition, well packaged.

Although I new and have heard Ray Charles i the past I had never bothered to buy his albums, as this had artists who I rate highly singing along side him I thought I would give it a go and buy it. I was not let down the production of the album and the richness of Ray Charles's voice has made thisd essentual listening for my household. In fact I liked it so much I bought another copy for my brother. Just buy it, have a listen and you will also discover that RC is one of the greatsAlthough I new and have heard Ray Charles i the past I had never bothered to buy his albums, as this had artists who I rate highly singing along side him I thought I would give it a go and buy it. Ray Charles- genius loves company
I am a big fan of Ray Charles but I must admit to being a little disapointed with this one. The genius of Ray Charles had faded a little by the time these tracks were recorded compared to his earlier recordings. Some interresting tracks though.
