The item didn t arrive at first. Messaged the seller and received a quick reply and a replacement was dispatched with a different courier which arrived the next day. Can t fault the customer service when the first one went missing in transit. Sometimes things go wrong with the postage services but it s how that s handled that matters and the seller resolved it very quickly.
