Not bad for the price.
Light weight perfect on carry handle, clear view, nice on a .22 cal or 223 just simple to adjust. Simple cross hairs that is up to you & what reticle you like, but for the price not bad at all. Next month going in to the woods for some serious survival training, would like to have another one to put it through the ringer and see how it come uot after a full month humping it through the woods. a lot of Rappelling and going rivers & creeksLight weight perfect on carry handle, clear view, nice on a .22 cal or 223 just simple to adjust. Windage bottomed out upon arrival. Left of center reticle with no further adjustment Reticle would NOT center. Eye relief moved reticle while adjusting for focus. When reticle was sharp, edges had VERY noticeable parallax and blur (could NOT get a clear picture no matter what length of pull was tried) Pot aluminum won't hold form to even simple adjustments Inner right windage adjustment torqued down so adjustment was impossible to center reticle Over all felt sturdy, looked great on the outsideWindage bottomed out upon arrival. The closest "budget copiy" of the original Colt..
The only thing I don't like is that the tuning adjustments don't have detents, or "clicks". Hopefully, they won't move on their own. The main BDC adjustment does have detents. But beyond that... the reticle and the general layout are pretty close to the original. Not as close as the Brownell's version... which costs 3x as much. For the money, and for an inexpensive "retro" look, I don't know that one can do any better.The only thing I don't like is that the tuning adjustments don't have detents, or "clicks". Good scope.
The scope works great but the mounting clamp assembly will not hold and the scope will come loose. I resolved the issue by just replacing it with a regular metric nut and lock washer. Zeroed in nicely and got about 1 inch group at 100 yards.

Classic, rugged, reliable.
This scope is excellent for the money. Virtually identical to the colt 4x20 model and the brownells retro 4x20. Glass quality is crystal clear. Sights in easy and leaves iron sights open and unobstructed. BDC works great and is accurate and reliable, doesn’t fog up transitioning temperatures. Leaving the range one day, my soft rifle bags strap broke while on my back. Whole case fell flat onto the concrete so I went back to the range to see if it held zero and it sure heck did. Didn’t budge. Defiantly reliable and comparable in quality to the original run models. Loctite is always a good idea though regardless of sturdiness.This scope is excellent for the money.
