    Good quality but poor value

    This does exactly what it's supposed to. It is a solid piece of metal, well designed and constructed with clear, simple markings. What makes a good piece of kit worth only 3 stars? It is a piece of equipment necessary for the Pro-Edge sharpener that should come as standard with the machine and (for a simple pressing) it is ridiculously expensive.
