The diet is very healthy. It is not quick lose weight but gradually works very good. If you likes brown bread, pasta, rice and vegatable and seafood is perfect way keep perfect body.
This was recommended to me by a friend who is currently fighting cancer and the doctors had told her of this book and praise it up very much for dieting with good food and keeping the weight off. This was a fantastic price and have enjoyed reading what I have done so far.
