This was resolved straight away with the correct item sent out to you. You were advised to leave the incorrect item out for the courier to collect on delivering the correct parcel. You did not do this so the collection could not take place as you did not leave the parcel out for them. How is that expecting all sorts from you? Ebay advised you need to return the item to us which you have not done with the pre paid label.
