Aside from the item arriving much later than expected, it was poorly packaged and as a result it sustained significant damage in the process, arriving with several elements completely shattered. I then attempted to contact the seller through EBay, and after several days without a reply decided to leave feedback. The customer service has been non-existent, and I was not inclined to return the item as the value of the item would have cost nearly as much in postage to return it. Poor service.
