I bought this phone for my wife, therefore it needs to be easy to use (non gadget person):-pass The screen needs to be big enough to enable her to text comfortably and view internet content :-pass The phone settings are fairly logically laid out so you don't need to refer to a manual. Eye candy:- nice looking but not as classy as the iPhone 4/4s Still an expensive phone but you get a lot for your Money so I think it's worth paying that load extra. Bought outright from eBay rather than getting an overall super expensive binding 2 year contract. Thanks to the seller who sold us a genuinely pucker gadget phone.
I purchased this phone having previously owned a galaxy S. The internet speed is excellent and apps are easy to use. the menus are easy to follow. only problem was when installed android update it deleted the my words function for texts. overall a great phone.
Seems to suffer from a similar problem that has been discussed on Google - it seems to randomly power down - or freeze. I remove & replace the battery & all seems well again for a few days (or hours sometimes). Frustrating.

Samsung S 111 is brilliant the best mobile I have ever owned. I am a bit of a sucker for all gadgets and Electronic stuff in general. This phone works brilliantly and smoothley. I am still learning about it and what it can do. I used my old Tesco Sim whereby I get unlimited data, texts and 500mins calls all for £10 a month on a monthly rolling contract. This was not tied into Vodafone as stated which is a good thing in my opinon. Fully recomend Samsung.
Overall a nice phone which doubles as many other useful thing via the available apps. Samsungs own voice reconition sofeware needs some work and has trouble understanding commands. A very nice quality screen, but battery life does tend to suffer.
