Waste of money and time
Garbage. Look's quite nice and has plenty of space. But I've owned it since April 2019 and I've had Samsung warranty out 3 times already for various issues with it.
Issue 1: Really loud and relentless noise coming from fridge/freezer - engineer came, took the fridge to bits removed ice build around the fan which was causing the issue (i was told it was likely the door could have been left open at some point - it hadn't)
Issue 2: Alarm sounding constantly despite all the fridge/freezer doors being closed - engineer turned up and the cabling feeding the door alarm had been getting jammed in the door hinges and over time had severed.
Issue 3. Noise from fan comes back every 6 weeks or so. Throughout the self isolation period I took the fridge to pieces on 3 separate occasions to remove ice build up around the fan (I can't defrost it completely as all my food will be spoiled and therefore have to dismantle and reassemble within 20 minutes or so). Samsung will be sending out an engineer yet again as it's clear some form of auto defrost system on the fridge/freezer doesn't work causing the repeat ice build up.
Maybe it's just a one off faulty machine but I can only speak from my experience, and for me it's been a huge waste of money and time. Although Samsung warranty has been great at responding and sending some one out I'd obviously rather not have the hassle.
Also, when it's working properly it's still quite loud. My parents have a different model Samsung fridge/freezer (not sure which), there's is a lot older but isn't even half as loud this one is.
