Although I already paid for delivery, I had to pay the postage price again to Royal Mail before they’d release my parcel. I have contacted the seller on two different occasions and never got a reply. Dispatch took 2 weeks after purchasing and the delivery was nearly as long to wait for on top of that.
I wasn’t in a rush for the product but any form of communication would have been nice from the seller and the correct delivery fee advertised before purchase is needed as well.
