I had exactly the same problem with the same item from another seller so possibly production line problem at Sealey. I contacted TMS customer service who were very helpful, apologised (even though I don't think it was their error) and they rapidly sent a replacement packet. When I offered to return the 8 I didn’t need and hadn’t paid for, they said they couldn’t accept them if the bag was opened. I tried to point out that I didn’t think that was how they were probably intended to be sold as there are only 3 on the car, but they insisted their stock listing was showing 5 items. I gave up, but why not have yourself a bargain at £1 each until they actually realise their error...
