Purchased to compliment and alleviate lugging our Dyson DC41 between upper and lower floors. Initially sceptical how it would compare with the cleaning efficiency of the Dyson, but it's as good. Fairly quiet in use with suction an floor settings easily changed. Whilst it is a Pet vacuum, the rollers aren't easy to remove tangled animal and human hair, and brush roller cannot be removed to be replaced when worn. The dust container entails physically removing and hair within it, especially around the filter. As with all cordless vacs, the battery life limits how lon it can be used before the 3+ hours to recharge. However, the battery is easily removed to replace with a charged one, should an extra battery be purchased for this purpose. The main thing is the wife loves it!

Most features are fine and as advertised such as power, flexiblity and easy to use. I did not give more stars because the capacity of the dust collector is much less than I thought it would be, and also tedious to empty as the dust gathers around the central filter and has to be removed by hand. This is quite an important downside for me.

I have never spent so much on a hoover so I was worried that it wouldn’t live up to my expectations! How wrong I was...I love it. Why have I never had a cordless vacuum before? It’s easy to use and glides around practically on its own. It comes apart easily so that you can use the hand held part (which is great for the stairs). It has a powerful suction and the battery life is good. I would definitely recommend it!
