    Multi release, light springs, double sided. Great on a mountain bike.

    I've been used to straps for decades but, buying new mountain bike shoes, I wanted to invest in my first-ever cleats. I needed ones that would easily detach for unpredictable terrain, but I was also concerned these clips might detach unexpectedly, or pop out whilst pulling up on hill climbs. Even with the springs adjusted half way they don't detach unless asked to, even when pulling up, and when you want them to they do so VERY easily. I've fallen off once and they detached by themselves. They attach is easy too. I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

    Awesome pedals

    This is my 3rd set of cleat pedals and my favourite. So easy to clip in & out of & make a big difference to going up hill. Highly recommend these for novice / non novice. Don’t feel worried about not being able to get feet out!
