I loved the sharpness and the bokeh of this lens. It is the perfect lens for landscape photography. Unfortunately, I was looking for lens that could do both landscape and portraits. I felt the angle of this lens is too wide for me. It distorts the subject if shot too close and I couldn't do any real close up/macro shots . I ended up returning it and got the Sigma 35mm f1.4.

Mediocre product, good price. Delivered promptly. F1.4@20mm is unbeatable in a sense of using inside in a small room with no flash. But I wish there was an alternative from Canon, even if price would doubled. Sigma (as any Art Sigma, I have never had any other) focuses painfully slowly if light is not perfect, doesn't focus at all with back light and focuses very inconsistently in all other situations. I gave it more than one star because no other Canon EF lens offers F1.4 at 20 mm. Maybe its usable for landscape photography but as a wedding photographer I am not happy with it.

Sigma tops Canon easily, especially with this 20mm f/1.4 lens. Astronomy photography became a whole lot easier with this top notch lens. It is a bit heavy, but it is because of brass and glass, not some cheap plastic and nylon gears.

Wide aperture, sharp all around, bit heavier than expected, but feels nice when used. Enjoy and highly recommend this lens.
