Good files with useful shapes. I'm not a jeweler and only wanted them for fine tuning my set square - which they did admirably - so I couldn't say if they're any good for that. I'm pleased enough with them, only minor snag is that the files only just, just, fit into their plastic wallet / holder and it's hard to impossible to get them all in. But that's a minor thing. I have no problem recommending them. Not quality tools but definitely good enough if they're not your bread and butter tools.

The files do their job ... Just! However, the handles are thin, hard to grip and have rubber sleeves that work loose. Plus the pouch supplied to keep them in was too small, poor quality and not the one illustrated in the listing.

The needle files are of good quality, even thought they are basic, however, they get the job done. The handles are thin, but they are useable. The only downside was the plastic case that came with them. It was completely useless and ended up with holes in it from the files with points. Thankfully, an old pencil case with single sleeves for pencils sufficed.

Having broken a needle file I bought this set of Silverline files. Not of high quality they are adequate for my diy use.
