Great item, but belt size is small though.
Just recieved this item and used it for the first time.. Best to watch video and download instruction manual as one supplied is multi lingual with small print. The belt size is small, I am a 36" waist and it only just fitted.

I'm 41y.o. and I have three kids (youngest two kids are 2y.o. and 7 month old). I am very pleased with the product. This product definitely helped to tone my tummy. Definitly have firmer muscles, my stomach does feel stronger. I would recommend this product to other mums because its so easy to use, the instructions is very easy to follow and the results are fast and amazing. This product has been a great addition to my workout. Less abs workouts and more sit back and enjoy TV while working out. Stomach looks flatter than it ever has. Lost 2 sizes off my waist...new wardrobe needed lol. Has more settings than the last one I bought. More intense workouts for sports and cross training. Well worth I.the £45 I spent. Reduced to this from £90.
