The charger plug connection into the phone is pretty bad quality and failing to charger battery sometimes and same with earphones as it on same plugin socket to the phone. has not been mentioned in description.. 2. The # key is bad quality also, you have to press it hard enough tho. has not been mentioned in description. 3. No earphones and USB cable as it has been mentioned "comes all in a box as original package" - lies/fail.
I have had a few of these phones and they are great. Ideal for everything you need to do especially great photos and video recording when your out and about. I wouldnt have any other phone.
