This was the first SONY phone I've tried & was weary as I've used Blackberrys for years - at least 8. Although used condition I think it's excellent value for money and easy to use, only downside is the internal memory size. Although I'm using a 16gb micro sd card many of the apps can't be moved. I've had to disable many Google apps and have all photos/docs/music on sd and still only have 14% available :-( If it was bigger I'd give this 10/10

I like this phone, the way it feels and operates. Unfortunately, I have had to return it as it is full of bloatware from Google and there is virtually no memory available to add any apps. Shame it didn't work for me. This phone is OK if you are happy with the pre-loaded software

it is very easy too use the lay out of the screen with the apps is very clear and easy to understand. The only fault with the phone is all the built in apps that you dont want but cant remove
