The Homcom Speedball Punch Bag is suitable for endurance and stamina training and fixes easily to any wall. The circular board is made of durable steel and pressed wood, and fixes to the wall with a steel swivel bracket. These support a PU ball which delivers a great rebound function. The ball is 21cm in diameter, while the platform is 60cm in diameter and 1.8cm thick.

Poor quality
Punch bag burst within first 5 mins. Board is chipboard and probably will need replacing within a month. No way worth previous price of £100, not even worth £49 if I’m honest.
