After washing out once a month and regular use , the bottom dropped out of it , perished . They are a discontinued item so no doubt the plastic they are made of is quite old now . They are still worth it for the price as no one else makes them . Most likely as Ventolin now has a counter attached to the end of the Aerosol which has to be removed to use this item . Not that easy to do ,but possible
