Fitted bottom cup into frame went to press/drive the bottom bearing onto the steering stem and it fell apart. Not had that happen before. I have fitted and used these bearings before and this is the first time it's happened, so could be a faulty item which happens. Would recommend Pyramid as optional replacement, perhaps just unlucky this time.
