Fantastic ‘customer first’ company! I ordered the wrong chainsaw chain for my chainsaw, I contacted the company and told them my mistake. They said, send the one you have backs and pop the correct chain type in a letter and we will send you the correct one back. Low and behold a mere two days later, my correct chain arrived, super speedy. Thank you New Saw Chains, I will not go anywhere else for my saw chains, you have earned a loyal customer. P.s.
