Seems pricey for a blank key (that is what it is) but it is pretty much the only way to change the barrel of a bike rack lock. The barrels where you can access the back to push the barrel out (the ones holding the bar covers and the ones locking the rack to the bars) you can just about fiddle out with a small screw driver and some swearing, but the one on the rack locking the bike to it is pretty much impossible without this key. It came in a couple of days and worked in a couple of seconds. Just buy it.
