Received with one bar charged. Connected charger with Amper meter. After long charge and 4 bars displayed, my Amper meter measured real capacity around 9800mAh. So prety good. So built in 4 batteries must be used around 2.600mAh each. So full charge from flat will be close or even over capacity claimed by manufacturer. To charge my galaxy S8+ Accubattery app was measuring receiving current arround 1.8A with phone screen off, so pretty good too. So overall it does what it says on the tin. ;) well done TP-Link. Pretty accurate claims on product. Works for me and good value for less than 20£. (March 2018)

Very good looking and easy to use. I've connected it with a few different types of phones and I had no problem with it at all. I have a plans to buy another one.
