let me explain why I bought them. My house is over a hundred years old and wifi signals do not tend to go through the solid brick walls easily, so getting a decent signal from my wifi point on the ground floor to the loft bedroom is a nightmare. If I could get a stable signal which would give 2-3mb/s i would be lucky. Now I simply stuck one one of these upstairs and even though the electrical wiring in my house is ancient, I can still get coming on for 40mb/s. I won't grumble at that as it is a vast sight better and certainly for the foreseeable future beats drilling holes in my walls to run network cable. So all in all I am very happy.

Price is good for what one gets. The item is fairly small and takes up little room on a 4way power extender. Only time will tell if it performs well, as these are a replacement for another make that gave up the ghost, hope these last longer. Easy to setup and seems to work well, my only grip is it was estimated for a Wed delivery (which was fine) but it did not turn up until the Thursday, but then it was before Christmas. The price was the ultimate thing for me to purchase this item.

Excellent piece of kit, delivered already setup as a matched pair which is ideal for a beginner or novice. I wanted mine to expand an existing network so I followed the quick guide and was up and running in minutes. Simply plugged both into an extension block, then pressed the "pair" buttons for 8 seconds to break the existing link between them. After power down and back on again I pressed the pair button on my existing unit then pressed the pair buttons on these and it was done. Very pleased with the outcome.
