PLACING AN ORDER

There are various ways to make an order, you may order from us directly via the eBay shop, by phone or e-mail (located in the ‘CONTACT US’ section of the website. Alternatively you can find us on www.pimped-truck.com

PLACING AN ORDER Seats Covers

We require photos of your vehicles seats to ensure the correct pattern is used in production. If we do not receive photos of your seats and you will not contact us within next 24h after order being placed, your order will be canceled.

We require photos of YOUR vehicles seats, if you provide photos which are not from your vehicle, we will not accept returns !!! Products are made for individual configurations of seats. Seats covers will not fit to any other configurations of seats than on photos which you provided !!!!

DISPATCH TIME

All orders received and paid before 3pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on Monday morning. Delivery is from the UK and should usually take 3-5 working days. We also offer a collection service if you wish to come to us and pick it up directly. This can be arranged by our customer service team via e-mail or phone.

Please note, this is only if all of the items ordered are in stock. Some of the products are made on order; waiting time is about 2-3weeks.

USE OF TRUCK TABLES

The use of our product is at the discretion of the buyer, we are not liable for any damage caused by our product through misuse. The truck tables are sent with Velcro strips to attach them to the cab so that when the cab needs to be tilted to reach the engine, for example, the table should be removed as it may cause damage to the window. PimpedTruckLTD will no accept responsibility for any damage caused by the use of our product.Our tables should be used only when vehicle is stationary.
