We used this for a children's holiday club. It was inexpensive and although the younger children (age 7) initially squeezed it too hard they soon were able to control the flow of paint. It dried fine but when the outside of the vase we had decorated got wet the paint also became liquid so that was not ideal for our purpose.

Just to let you know the paint is more opaque than transparent, when used thick to get a good depth of colour, light will not shine through! also once dry it peels off, just as well as I needed it to be translucent, great for children to mess on with.

The price probably explains all. It is not very good paint, it flakes and comes of the painted surface in some places. Might work for children though.
