I was given an estimate of arrival I contacted the seller and was given an answer with the tracking number so I got in touch with Yodel myself and the young man told me it had been delayed at their end and gave me a new date 24th of this month which was longer than the 16th of this month as I said to the lady you need to have good customer service and help your buyer I am picking the parcel up today but I think I should have a refund as well
